We are now looking for a dynamic and innovative leader who is ready to shape the future of Cumberland Lodge, as our next Chief Executive. This is an exceptional opportunity to drive our mission forward – empowering young people as ethical leaders and active citizens. As Chief Executive, you will be the inspirational force behind our small, dedicated team, fostering a high-performing, inclusive culture. Your leadership will guide the implementation of our strategic vision – creating more peaceful, just, and inclusive societies, one conversation at a time.
You will champion innovative programming, forge wide-ranging and meaningful partnerships, and secure diverse funding sources to extend our reach and impact. By engaging with a wide range of stakeholders, including the media, community leaders, and the Crown Estate, you will act as a passionate advocate and ambassador for our work.
You will be a seasoned leader with a proven track record at the CEO or senior board level, capable of translating strategic vision into practical, impactful programmes. Your ability to build strong relationships across various sectors, coupled with your financial acumen, will be crucial in driving our mission forward. As an excellent communicator and spokesperson, passionate about ethical leadership and social progress, you will walk the talk of our values and mission to inspire our team and the wider community.
