Melissa Galvan joined us in August 2019, having previously worked at St George’s Chapel, Windsor Castle, and before that in event management and office administration for a global healthcare company.
Melissa’s role provides employee relations, training and recruitment support, to help all our staff maximise their potential in impacting on our charitable mission. She provides administrative support to our Board of trustees and she is also our Volunteer Manager, acting as the main point of contact at the Lodge for volunteers and overseeing their recruitment.
