Our residence & conference centre in Windsor 

We provide multiple solutions for hosting conferences and events and offer a first-class residential service within our residence and conference centre in Windsor. These solutions are split across three buildings: the Mews Conference Centre, Groom’s House and Cumberland Lodge itself. Within the main lodge, we house our hospitality facilities, such as the Drawing Room, Sitting Room, the Amy Buller Library, and the Chapel. It is also home to three historic dining rooms and most of our 58 bedrooms.  

The Mews Conference Centre has our three main conference rooms in Windsor Flitcroft, Sandby and Hodgson. The upstairs also has 16 cosy bedrooms available to stay in for your conference event. While the Groom’s House is nestled in a private and enclosed garden that has two meeting rooms, a kitchen and seven en-suite bedrooms.  

For a residential retreat, we offer educational retreats for higher education students to learn and interact with others in new ways. The Lodge provides several historic meeting spaces that are generous in size. These have picturesque sweeping views of the surrounding parkland and are perfect for large or small events. However, if your conference is larger, then our Mews Conference Centre is the ideal choice. There are three meeting areas within this building, with one having the capacity for up to 100 guests!

Accommodation and dining facilities 

Cumberland Lodge is the perfect place for residential conferences. We can accommodate up to 95 guests across 58 en-suite bedrooms. We also provide extra private accommodation for groups in the Groom’s House that has seven en-suite bedrooms.  

We are one of the few conference venues in Windsor with accommodation on this scale. You can have the complete package for your event without the worry of booking off-site accommodation for everyone. Plus, transport isn’t needed each day saving costs and the environment!  

We offer tasty dining which is an experience in itself. There are three grand and historic dining rooms within the main Lodge and the largest can seat up to 90 guests! We provide first-class catering to suit all types of events, from conference meals and networking events to informal get-togethers.
