Our large conference room, Flitcroft, is situated in the Mews conference building at Cumberland Lodge. This room has the most capacity as it is our largest room and main conference facility. Flitcroft allows employees and industry professionals to learn and grow from one another. They can comfortably delve into specific topics or themes through various engaging methods, such as workshops, panel discussions and keynote speakers. Flitcroft is a large conference room in Windsor that can accommodate up to 100 people. There are two adjoining breakout rooms (Windham and Greening), which are ideal for small group work. These breakout rooms are also perfect for networking with other colleagues and industry experts as they provide a smaller and quieter space for breakout groups. Our breakout rooms in Flitcroft can also be a relaxing space to escape the noise for those who need it.

Facilities in our large conference room
Flitcroft is well equipped with standard AV/IT facilities. Its dimensions are 11 x 12m, with a total area of 132 square metres. You can have the choice between a low-tech meeting approach or high-tech conference depending on your needs. We encourage people to take a break from screens by escaping technology. However, we understand that large conferences need to be fully equipped with advanced technology. We provide the capacity for hybrid or live-streamed events and can even meet individual needs via assistive technology.
The large conference venue holds up to 100 people in a theatre layout, 64 in a cabaret layout, 48 in a boardroom style, 60 in a classroom style, 36 in a U-shaped layout, 50 in a circle layout, and 40 in a semi-circle layout. As well as the ability to transform into specific layouts to meet your requirements, Flitcroft’s atmosphere encourages everyone to focus on the conference. The picturesque outdoors that surrounds the large conference room can be explored in free time and conference activities can even be brought outside to escape the world and bring your team closer together.
