Hi, I’m Christina. I have a background in empowering disadvantaged youth, including a variety of projects in Australia and the UK. Within my roles, I have been able to encompass leadership in training programmes designed for refugee students, guide homeless youth towards valuable opportunities, mentor and offer vital support to participants facing complex challenges on their path to education and employment.
Whilst completing my degree at university, I had the privilege of mentoring students, providing essential academic support, and offering guidance as they navigate their journey towards higher education. My passion lies in breaking down barriers to enable young individuals to achieve and reach for greater heights.
Beyond borders, I volunteered in Kenya actively working to combat gender-based violence and female genital mutilation, aiming to bring about positive change.
In my spare time, I indulge in African literature, thought-provoking podcasts, and pilates workouts.
